Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Sales Are Final

Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final.

Because many of our products are custom-designed, limited edition, or produced specifically for our customers, 1804 Heritage LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that have been shipped and delivered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is correct before submitting an order, including:

Product selection
Size
Quantity
Color
Shipping address
Billing information

Orders cannot always be modified after production or shipment has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged item,
A defective product, or
The wrong item,

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If we determine that the error was ours or that the item arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or if the error was caused by 1804 Heritage LLC.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of 1804 Heritage LLC.

If your package is delayed or lost, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once production or shipping has started, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
